Hi, I’m Sarah. I am originally from North Carolina, USA, and I also lived in Australia for many years. In 2025, I took a big leap toward my dream of being a digital nomad, and now I live, work, and travel around the world.

I always felt like there had to be more to life than what society programs us to believe. The “normal” path never felt right for me, and no matter how hard I tried to stay on it, I kept being pulled towards something different.

My awakening really began when I experienced years of debilitating chronic health issues. With over 75 symptoms, I was so unwell I could barely function. Conventional medicine couldn’t give me any answers…so I took my health into my own hands and became my own best doctor.

After completely overhauling my diet and lifestyle, and with the support of alternative therapies, I was able to heal myself holistically. Looking back, losing my health was the biggest blessing of my life.

It led me through a transformational journey — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. What started as an attempt to regain my health turned into something so much deeper.

When I discovered the power of our mind and how our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality, everything in my life shifted. Harnessing this power for myself opened the door to limitless potential, and I have been consciously creating and living my dream life ever since.

Now I am on a mission to empower others with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to heal and step into the highest version of themselves.
